Delivery & Shipping Information:
Within the United Kingdom the postage cost is £6. Items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is an insured next day service.
Please note, all contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately and in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address. The postage cost for international orders is £10.
Each individual delivery time is specified on the product page. Most items are available for dispatch within 14 working days however some special pieces are made to order and will ship in 4-6 weeks. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch along with a tracking number to allow you to check on your item's progress. If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. I will do my best to meet any deadlines. I will advise you if the product you have ordered is out of stock or is subject to delay. If you have not received your goods within the specified time, please contact me and I will check on the progress of your order. Please include as much information about the order as you can along with the date the order was placed.
When placing your order it is your responsibility to provide me with a concise description of any special requirements you may have. Rings are made to measure in UK sizes. Please quote your ring size at time of order. A charge of £20 plus postage and packaging will be made for any rings that are returned for re-sizing.
Refunds & Returns:
I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Hannah Simpson jewellery, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust or exchange your item. If this is the case please notify me and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons I am not able to offer an exchange on earrings. Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion. Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use Special Delivery service to ensure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on my part of the order. Please email or telephone me before sending an return items so I can know when to expect them.
Due to the nature of my business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.
Please telephone or email me with a description of what is wrong and I will arrange the repair. For repairs due to negligent handling I will be happy to provide a repair quote.
Each order will be packaged securely and the jewellery will be supplied in gift packaging.
Online payments are made through the website shop and can be made using all major debit and credit cards. If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque (UK only), paypal or bank transfer, please place your order by phone or email.
Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing. Payments are made using the secure transaction services of the website, provided by SquareSpace (www.squarespace.com) and Stripe (www.stripe.com). Since these services are completely independent of Hannah Simpson Jewellery, your credit card details are not divulged to me at any time.
